for the practicing Doctors… for amplified examination

The HD fonoDoc, is the culmination of more than 4 years of work that has taken our prototype, and then our 1st generation device the ViScope, to a higher dimension that we feel makes a difference. Designed especially to help doctors, who are at the front-end of the care process, doctors who’s initial judgment, to triage the patient, for next appropriate level of care. These will benefit the most. Whether GP’s, Emergency physicians or other specialists, the HD fonoDoc will do more than the venerable stethoscope… in fact, it does a part of what you’d need an Echo machine for.

The HD fonoDoc is also meant for Documentation. It enables the auscultation examination to be properly documented, data including sounds can be stored to a PC for archival or research, printed via the PC or to a dedicated thermal printer.

Specially the HD fonoDoc has a unique waveform display, we call the Murmur-signal-wave (labeled as “MUR”). This shows potential murmur-like sounds. This is a patent pending early attempt to add a tool to help the clinicians identify potential problems

           •   Patented signal processing technology, providing you with
                the “best-in-class” stethoscope functionality…
ensuring you can hear what you need to.

           •   Digitised sound, not limited by your hearing …
ability to amplify to the needed volume.

           •   World’s first Murmur-Signal Wave display (MUR) *…
helps you screen for murmurs better.

           •   Ability to store up to four (PCG) screen snap-shots …
                for documentation.

           •   Connect and download to PC through HD fono Software …
to help you document, archive and capture episodes and
                patient data.

           •   Supports an optional external printer to generate reports
without a PC… document and facilitate billing.

           •   Enables further study into auscultation and to do research.

           •   HD fono Tutorial tool to educate you on auscultation and
                interpreting PCG display.

           •   Upgradeable to potential future algorithms and
                software enhancements.
