Con is Director of Con Manis Consulting Pvt Ltd in Australia. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, and management consulting in industries such as pharmaceutical and engineering.
He was previously the operations as well as the general manager for two large multinational textile companies in Australia. This included projects with the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), the University of New South Wales (Australia), and a major French textile machine maker. He was also engaged in the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) process investigations and development. He advised on the commercialisation strategies to be adopted by the companies.
