Mr. Jay Jethwa, LLB, MAICD

Jay is responsible for investor relations, financial management, capital raising, legal representations and management of the Board of Directors.
Jay was educated in the UK as well as in Australia. He is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Victorian Supreme Court, and the Australian High and Federal Courts. Jay has extensive experience in medical and commercial law, and has held a number of executive board positions in medical and medical software organizations in Australia. He is member of the Medical Electronics Forum (MEF) constituted by the Federation of Indian Chamber OF Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
In an honorary capacity, Jay is currently serving as the Vice-President of the United Nations Association of Australia (Vic)
